Getting started
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Modules 1-9 assume no programming experience. Optional coding paths are clearly marked for learners who want to go further.
What do I need to take the course?
A computer, a modern web browser and an internet connection. Some practical labs use external tools that need their own account; each lab tells you before you start.
Enrollment
How do I enroll?
Create a student account, choose the course, and complete payment. Access is activated only after the payment is verified on our server, not just because you were redirected back to the site.
I registered. Do I get the paid lessons automatically?
No. A registered account can read the free preview lessons. Paid lessons unlock only after a verified purchase or an approved manual enrollment.
Payment
What if my payment fails or stays pending?
A failed payment does not enroll you and you can try again. A pending payment is checked again automatically when the payment provider confirms it. If your account is still locked after a successful payment, contact support with your order details.
Access
How long do I have access?
The access period is shown on the course page and in your enrollment. It is set by the course owner and can change for future purchases.
AI tools
Do I need to pay for the AI tools used in the labs?
Not necessarily. Some tools have free plans or are open source, and some require paid features or API usage. Tool pricing changes, so each tool page shows a "last verified" date and you should always confirm on the official site.
Do the tools run inside this website?
No. The AI Tools Lab links to the official websites of real external tools. You practise in those tools while following the lesson here.
Certificates
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, when you meet the completion requirements shown on the course page. The certificate has a unique ID that anyone can check on the verification page. It is a course completion certificate and is not an accredited qualification.
Will the course guarantee me a job or income?
No. The course teaches practical skills and responsible AI automation. We do not promise employment, income or that AI will replace any particular job.
Refunds
What is the refund policy?
Please read the Refund and Cancellation Policy page. It states the terms that apply to your purchase.
Privacy
How is my data handled?
Please read the Privacy Policy. In the labs, never enter passwords, secret keys or confidential company data into external tools or course submissions.
